Consumer EU AI Non-Compliance Evidence Tool
One-Liner
A consumer browser tool helping EU residents document and report when AI chatbots fail to disclose they are AI, per EU AI Act Article 50 transparency requirements.
AI Thinking Process
B2C version of AI compliance tool — consumer browser tool for documenting AI transparency violations per EU AI Act Article 50
CURRENT step failed: EU AI Act enforcement bodies not set up, no consumer complaint pathway in most member states. Consumer currently does NOTHING because no enforcement infrastructure exists
Tried pivot to awareness browser extension. Killed by G006 — Chrome/Firefox could add this natively
FUNDAMENTAL kill: enforcement infrastructure doesn't exist. No pivot changes this structural absence
Kill Reason
The EU enforcement infrastructure for AI transparency complaints does not exist yet — national market surveillance authorities in most EU member states have not built consumer complaint pathways for AI transparency violations. The consumer's current behavior is to do nothing, because there is no operational mechanism to exercise this right.
