One-Liner
A unified dashboard showing consumers all AI agent activity across all their services — what each agent did, what data it accessed, and what decisions it made on their behalf.
AI Thinking Process
Consumer transparency dashboard: with 40% enterprise AI agent adoption and emerging consumer AI agents, consumers have zero visibility into what AI agents did on their behalf across services. Unified cross-platform view of agent actions, data accessed, decisions made.
WHO: early-adopter consumers using 3+ AI agent services. CURRENT: check individual platforms separately, no cross-platform view. WHY-SURPRISED: bank statements show every transaction, doctors disclose what they do — but AI agents acting on our behalf are black boxes.
KILLED: fundamental technical barrier. Platforms won't expose agent action logs to third parties — agents are competitive differentiators. No API for 'what did my AI agent do.' Cross-platform view is impossible without platform cooperation which competing platforms will never provide. Fundamental, not positional.
Kill: fundamental technical barrier (platforms won't provide cross-platform API access). Structural data access restriction. FUNDAMENTAL — no pivot changes this.
RESURRECTION FAILED: platforms structurally will not provide cross-platform AI agent action logs to third parties.
Kill Reason
Fundamental technical barrier: cross-platform AI agent action logs do not exist and platforms will not provide API access to them. Apple Intelligence shows what Apple's AI did. Google shows what Google's AI did. Each platform controls its own agent transparency. The value of a cross-platform view requires data that competing platforms structure as competitive differentiators and will not share with third parties. Without platform cooperation (which won't happen due to competitive dynamics), the product cannot access the data it needs to display.
