✗Kill reason: Cold start + existing platforms in each vertical. Existing platforms will absorb new Data Act data flows rather than a new marketplace capturing them. Both the data infrastructure and customer relationships already exist at competitors.

Kill Reason
Cold start on both sides of a two-sided marketplace (manufacturers with new data they don't know how to share, and buyers who haven't built analytics for this new data source yet), combined with existing platforms already occupying each vertical: CARUSO Dataplace for automotive, PTC ThingWorx/Siemens MindSphere for industrial IoT. Existing platforms will absorb the new data flows rather than a new standalone marketplace capturing them.
