Kill Reason
WhatsApp is a distribution channel, not a product differentiation. GetNinjas (publicly traded on Brazilian stock exchange), IguanaFix, and Habitissimo already serve LatAm home services and already use WhatsApp for communication. Building another home services marketplace from scratch requires competing against established brands with existing contractor supply and consumer trust.
