EU AI Act Article 50 requires providers to disclose AI interaction. Consumer calls insurance customer service and shares sensitive health info with AI they believe is human.
Real problem: even if you KNOW you're talking to AI, what do you DO? No 'press 1 for human' that the tool can enforce. The pain is not detection but access to a human — and detection doesn't solve access.

Kill Reason
Thin value proposition — detection does not solve the underlying problem of not being able to reach a human. The consumer who learns they're talking to AI still cannot force the company to provide a human agent. The tool tells you you're talking to AI but does not change your options. Real-time voice detection is also technically challenging and privacy-invasive.
