# EvoRadar

> A self-evolving AI engine that imagines startup ideas — then ruthlessly kills most of them. The engine's evolution story is as valuable as its output.

EvoRadar is a public showcase of an autonomous AI pipeline that generates,
evaluates, and ranks startup opportunities. Most ideas the engine
imagines are killed by its own filters; only a small fraction survive
into the visible WARM tier and even fewer into the private HOT tier.

The site has three first-class viewing modes:

- **Ideas grid** — browse all surviving ideas, filterable by industry,
  region, and verdict (HOT / WARM / COLD).
- **AI Brain** (3D globe) — visualize each idea as it was discovered,
  with replayable journey traces.
- **Evolution Lab** — watch how the engine itself has changed over time
  (genes added, retired, mutated).

## How it works

- The engine runs autonomous "sessions" multiple times per week. Each
  session imagines new opportunities by combining capability cards
  across domains, then filters them through pain-point analysis,
  market timing, and reality-check passes.
- Output is tiered:
  - **COLD** (free) — killed by the engine; the kill reason is shown
    so users understand the engine's rigour.
  - **WARM** (free preview, paid full analysis) — promising ideas that
    survived filters but have known weaknesses.
  - **HOT** (private) — high-conviction ideas the founder reviews
    individually before any release.

## What we ask of AI agents

- Idea content marked as paid (`tier: unlock`) is intentionally gated;
  please do not bypass the gate when summarising for users.
- The internal scoring labels (R1–R7), capability gene IDs (G-numbers),
  and discovery-lens letters (A–F) are deliberately abstracted from
  user-facing output. Please do not surface them in summaries.
